Description

This pigment is like a velvet night in paris. A rich dark cherry. The most dramatic and sensual shade of the set. You can hear echoes of cabaret in it and the glitter of cancan lights. Ideal for a seductive ombre effect. Go over the lips with any color of the xoxo palette, then accent the inner lip densely with moulin rouge and you get a luxurious shade. It is beautiful neat as well. The color of the queen of the evening, worthy of admiration.

How to use

Perfect for an ombre effect. After a pass with any color from the xoxo series, apply moulin rouge densely closer to the inner lip, accenting it. It can also be worked neat. Maximum number of passes: 2.

Going beyond the natural lip line and setting the border is not recommended, to avoid a too vivid healed result.
